Chilean Crab Meat & Red Curry Sauce Recipe

A Delicious Crab Curry Dish

Curry, crab meat and rice make for a great Indian dish. I cheat a little on this one and use store bought prepared curry sauce.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb Seatech Chilean Crab Meat

1 container Maya Kaimal Indian Coconut Curry

4 cups cooked rice

 

Directions:

 

While you are cooking the rice place curry in sauce pan and heat upon medium. Just before the rice is ready add crab to the curry sauce to heat through. Serve crab curry over the rice.

 

Serving Suggestions:

 

Serve with Naan Bread

Serve with a green salad with a yogurt based dressing
