An Amazing Crab Salad

The Chilean crab COBB salad is a luxurious yet simple salad to make. Everyone one will think it took a lot of work to create such a delicious meal.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 Pound Seatech Chilean Crab Meat

4 Large eggs, boiled & chopped

1 head romaine lettuce, cut in 1/4 inch strips

1/2 head Iceberg lettuce cut in 1/4 inch strips

4 scallions coursely chopped

2 medium tomatos, chopped

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 avocado pitted, peeled and cut into 1/4 cubes

4 slices crisp cooked bacon, cut in to 1/4 inch pieces

Black pepper to taste

Blue cheese dressing

 

Directions:

 

Toss lettuce and scallions in a large bowl with 1 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing. Divide lettuce between six plates followed by the tomatoes, eggs, avocados, crumbled blue cheese, bacon and finally the crab meat. Serve immediately.

 

Serving Suggestion:

 

Serve with a nice rustic crusty bread

Double serving to serve as a main course

Serve with bisque or chowder
