Chilean Crab Meat Quesadilla Recipe

Crab Is Outstanding In Quesadillas

This Chilean Crab Meat quesadilla recipe is piled with plenty of crab and melted cheddar cheese. You just can't go wrong with the combination of crab meat, melted cheese in a grilled tortilla. It makes for delicious meal any time.




1 lb Seatech Chilean Crab Meat

8 oz cheddar cheese shredded

4 large flour tortillas




Take 1/4 of the crab meat and place it on half of one of the tortillas. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese over the crab meat. Fold the half of the tortilla without anything on it over the other half. Repeat with the other three tortillas. Grill on medium high for approximately 3-5 minutes, flip quesadilla over and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and quesadillas are warmed through. Serve immediately.


Serving Suggestions:


Serve with or place avocado slices in the quesadilla before grilling

Serve with sour cream and salsa

Serve with chips and salsa
