These Chilean Crab Meat sliders a very easy to make and extremely delicious.
Ingredients:
1 pound Seatech Chilean Crab Meat
2 stocks celery, diced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise or more if desired
1 bunch chives, finely sliced
Fresh lemon juice from half a lemon
12 brioche buns or rolls
Directions:
Place Chilean crab meat in large bowl. Gently mix in celery, mayonnaise, chives and lemon juice until blended. Divide crab mixture among the brioche buns and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with chips
Serve with french fries
Serve with a nice green salad or coleslaw
